The weld neck flange, with its unique neck structure and butt welding design, serves as the preferred connection solution for high-pressure, high-temperature, and toxic fluid piping systems. Manufactured in strict compliance with international standards including ASME B16.5 and DIN 2633, the product is produced through integral forging technology that eliminates internal defects through precisely controlled forging ratios, ensuring material density.
The hydraulically optimized neck taper enables smooth stress transition from pipe to flange, significantly enhancing fatigue strength. Our five-axis CNC machining centers guarantee sealing surface roughness within Ra ≤ 3.2 μm and bolt hole positional tolerance within ±0.2 mm.
Each flange undergoes ultrasonic testing to verify internal quality and welding bevel dimensional accuracy.
