Manufactured in strict accordance with ASME B1.20.1 standards, the flange is machined in a single CNC setup to ensure perfect concentricity between the sealing face and threads.

The unique recess design at the thread runout prevents stress concentration at the root, enhancing the flange’s fatigue resistance. Our threads are precision-machined to 6g tolerance, ensuring accurate engagement with standard external pipe threads.

Installation requires no welding – reliable sealing is achieved through thread sealants, making it ideal for hazardous environments or systems requiring frequent disassembly.
