The long-pattern stub end features an extended hub and precision-engineered geometry, delivering exceptional connection integrity for high-pressure piping systems. We employ a multi-pass progressive roll-forming process, where digitally controlled roller sets precisely shape the pipe end to create optimal radius transitions and uniform wall thickness distribution throughout the forged section.

This product series is certified by the EU PED and holds BV Factory Approval, among others. It is exported to dozens of countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and serves a wide range of industries including chemical, defense, medical, energy, power, and shipbuilding.
