Product Introduction

With its precision socket design, this flange offers an ideal connection solution for compact spaces such as instrument lines and high-pressure small-bore piping. Manufactured in strict compliance with ASME B16.11 standards using precision die-forging, it ensures dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality of the socket bore.

The unique counterbore design creates uniform clearance between the pipe and flange inner wall after insertion, providing optimal containment space for weld metal. Our specialized fixtures guarantee concentricity between the socket bore and sealing face, with errors strictly controlled within 0.1 mm.

During installation, the pipe is inserted into the socket and fillet-welded around the hub, ensuring connection strength while avoiding internal weld bead issues common with butt-welding.

This product series is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and holds BV Factory Approval, among others. It is exported to dozens of countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and serves a wide range of industries including chemical, defense, medical, energy, power, and shipbuilding.

Core Technology

Oil & Gas Transmission Pipelines: High-pressure natural gas pipelines use A105 steel welded flanges and 316L stainless steel bolted flanges to resist hydrogen sulfide corrosion. In the West-East Gas Pipeline Project, X80 steel pipelines adopt Class 600 flanges with a safety factor of 2.5 times.
