Product Introduction

With its innovative slip-on design, this flange provides an economical and reliable connection solution for standard pressure piping systems. The product is manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 9119 and JIS B2220 standards, using die-forging to ensure complete internal grain continuity, achieving optimal material utilization while maintaining strength.

Our unique sealing surface machining process employs specialized tooling to complete both the face and bore finishing in a single operation, ensuring perpendicularity error within ≤0.05mm. During installation, the pipe can be directly inserted into the flange bore for double-sided welding, significantly reducing installation difficulty and alignment requirements.

This product series is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and holds BV Factory Approval, among others. It is exported to dozens of countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and serves a wide range of industries including chemical, defense, medical, energy, power, and shipbuilding.

Core Technology

Thermal Power Generation: Boiler and steam turbine pipelines require flanges resistant to high temperatures and pressures. Nuclear power plants use weld-neck flanges for main steam isolation valves.

Nuclear Power: Reactor cooling systems utilize Inconel alloy flanges, capable of withstanding 700°C and 250MPa pressure.
