The product is manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 9119 and JIS B2220 standards, using die-forging to ensure complete internal grain continuity, achieving optimal material utilization while maintaining strength.
Our unique sealing surface machining process employs specialized tooling to complete both the face and bore finishing in a single operation, ensuring perpendicularity error within ≤0.05mm. During installation, the pipe can be directly inserted into the flange bore for double-sided welding, significantly reducing installation difficulty and alignment requirements.
This product series is certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and holds BV Factory Approval, among others.
