Product Introduction

The Concentric Reducer is the ideal solution for precise pipe diameter transition in piping systems. Its unique axisymmetric design ensures smooth fluid flow. We employ advanced spin-forming technology with multi-pass progressive deformation, enabling uniform expansion of the pipe body during rotation to achieve a seamless wall thickness transition. This precision manufacturing process eliminates wrinkles and ovality deviations commonly associated with traditional stamping methods, ensuring a smooth and continuous inner surface.

The materials undergo solution annealing to achieve a homogeneous microstructure and stable mechanical properties. Precise dimensional control guarantees easy installation and reliable sealing. This product series is certified by the EU PED and holds BV Factory Approval, among others. It is exported to dozens of countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and serves a wide range of industries including chemical, defense, medical, energy, power, and shipbuilding.
