Product Introduction

The 180° Return Elbow, also known as a U-bend, is specifically designed for piping systems requiring full flow reversal. It enables the compact construction of U-shaped loops, effectively saving installation space. This design eliminates the complexity of using two 90° elbows for splicing, providing superior flow continuity and lower overall pressure drop.

In manufacturing, we apply precise hot forming and controlled cooling techniques to ensure exceptional metal properties and consistent wall thickness are maintained despite its complex geometry. This product is particularly suited for critical applications in high-temperature, high-pressure heat exchanger systems, reactor outlets, and marine power pipelines.

This product series is certified by the EU PED and holds BV Factory Approval, among others.
